| From the start point walk a few yards along the road, towards Borth and then turn right up the signposted lane named Lon Glanfred. Walk up the lane, for 600 yards, past the bungalows and houses, until a few yards after the last residence on your left you will see a field gate on your left. |

| Go through the gate, walk 200 yards up the field keeping to hedge on your right and find the partly hidden stile in the corner. |

| Cross the stile and go diagonally up the field until you see a hedge corner. From the corner proceed keeping the fence to your left until you come to a gate on your left. Go through the gate, turn right, and walk along keeping the field boundary to your right until you meet another gate. Go through it and continue keeping to the field boundary to your right walk down the field until you reach some woodland and a stile adjoining the woodland fence. |

| From the stile follow the not very distinct path which goes ahead near to the right-hand edge of the field soon crossing another stile. Follow the path and after approximately 600 yards, as you start to overlook the caravan site, the path goes between a recently formed embankment and the boundary fence. Keep close to the fence and as it curves right you will seea a path going down the hill alng wooden steps in a poor state of repair to a stile near the bottom. |

| Cross the stile and follow the fenced in path until you join the caravan site access road and then the public road. Turn right at the public road, walk over the steep hump back bridge over the afon Leri and up the 300 yards through the village to where you see a lane going left. |

| Turn left along the lane and walk the half mile or so to the far end of the Lane. At that point Turn left a along a footpath which in 40 yards brings you to a footbridge across the afon Leri. |

| Turn right past the footbridge and walk along the embankment with the Leri on your right and a caravan site on your left. After half a mile you will arrive at the former Animalarium. |

| Turn left just before the former Animalarium itself and walk down the lane for 500 yards, taking care at the level crossing, to arrive at the main street of Borth. |

| You may at this point explore Borth and its refreshment places and afterwards go back to proceed from this location. From the lane you have just walked turn left to walk the 500 yards to the lifeboat station where there are also cafes. |

| From the lifeboat station turn immediately right and walk about 600 yards along the B4572 coastal road to Aberystwyth, to the point where a lane branches off on the left. Turn left on to the subsidiary lane and continue to the speed delimiting signs just after the end of the built up area. |

| Walk the 700 yards up the lane until you come to a cross roads. Cross directly on to the Tynyllechwedd track ahead of you which adjoinin the Cilolwg sign. |

| Pass entrance to Cilolwg farm on left and then follow a green lane to a pair of gates across the track . Go through the gate on the right and follow the track as it descends, with its good views, keeping hedges or fences on your left. After two further gates on the descending track reach a junction at the hairpin bend of a tarmacced lane. |
